Northwestern University Selects Blue to Drive Teaching and Learning Excellence

Montreal, Canada – Northwestern University (NU) has selected Blue® as their comprehensive assessment system to enhance the overall teaching and learning experience. In addition to Blue course evaluations and surveys, the university has acquired Bluepulse® to gather ongoing feedback to monitor student learning.

As a large institution with multiple schools and colleges, Northwestern University needs a flexible system with a robust feature set to meet a variety of institutional needs. A key requirement is the ability to seamlessly integrate Blue with the institution’s student information system (PeopleSoft®) and learning management system (Canvas®). This will enable NU to synchronize data, automate processes, and increase accessibility. Through Blue + Canvas integration, the university can embed forms and share results in the portal to increase LMS traffic, engagement, and response rates.
