    Explorance was born. During this year we were
    a team of 3 who did it all.

  • 2004

    first offices

    Our first office was two and a half rooms located at
    1650 Maisonneuve.

    first customer

    We landed our first Blue customer:
    First Federal Savings Bank of Kentucky.

    Invested in supporting the student experience

    We fine-tuned our mission and shifted our focus to
    the higher education market.

  • 2011

    new Montreal offices

    The official inauguration of Explorance’s new offices
    was in June of 2011. Since then we have 8x more space.

  • 2012

    100 customers

    Blue went global with 100 customers using the
    software to power their evaluations.

  • 2013

    Implemented our “Zero” policy
    based on a culture of free-will.

    10 year anniversary

    We celebrated our 10th year with our employees,
    families, and customers.

    first bluenotes conference

    Explorance supported the first Bluenotes Conference
    that took place in Australia – a meet and greet event for Blue users.

    To increase our services in the APAC region we opened
    an office in Melbourne Australia.

    We acquired Thoransoft Inc., a developer of customized

    We were 100 strong. 100 unique lovers of technology

    Opened UK offices

    To ensure local and timely support,
    we opened an office in London, England.

    We introduced the Journey Analytics framework adapted for students and employees.

    First MTM conference

    Explorance hosted the first MTM Impact Symposium that took place in Arizona.

    Opened 2 new offices

    To provide a wider global ability to serve our clients, we opened offices in Amman and Chennai.

    Explorer Con

    We held our first annual Explorer Con, a conference where Explorance employees can connect and learn from each other.
