From Zero to Storytelling – How St James’s Place Uses Learner Feedback to Drive Their Digital Transformation

How St James’s Place Leveraged Explorance Metrics That Matter to Create an Award-winning L&D Program

In late 2020, St James’s Place (SJP) sought to find a way to demonstrate the value of its L&D programs to the organization as a whole. Their journey started by implementing Explorance Metrics that Matter as a scalable way to collect meaningful feedback on the application and impact of their work.

Fast forward to 2023, SJP won the gold award for People Development Program of the Year in the Private Sector, and the silver award for their Digital Learning Transformation. Neither of these awards would have been possible without the L&D strategy they have put in place that puts measurement at the heart of design, delivery, and refinement. Join Peter Clarke, Head of Learning Performance & Innovation at SJP, and Stephanie Johnson, Manager of Consulting Delivery at Explorance, as they discuss the SJP journey from Zero to Storytelling and share tips on how other companies can accomplish the same feat.
