University of Minnesota Votes for Blue/Evaluations by Explorance

Montreal, Canada – May 9, 2013 – The University of Minnesota has opted to go with Blue/Evaluations to manage their course evaluation process.

A key factor in the decision to opt for Blue was the system’s ability to seamlessly and securely integrate into the university’s current learning management and student information systems. As a highly decentralized university with five campuses and a rapidly growing student population, the University of Minnesota required a flexible and highly accessible system that could meet a variety of expanding needs and requirements.

The University of Minnesota is one of the oldest and largest research (RI) institutes in the United States with campuses in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Crookston, Duluth, Morris and Rochester. The university offers baccalaureate, master’s, and doctoral degrees in a variety of fields—from medicine to business, law to liberal arts, and science and engineering to architecture. A testament to its growing prominence, university enrollment has reached over 60,000 but manages to maintain a 16-to-1 student-to-faculty ratio.
