University of Maryland Selects Blue to Enhance Their Online Course Evaluation Process

Rolling evaluations available at course-end dates, mobile-friendly access, and technical flexibility provide avenues for increased campus engagement

Montreal, Canada – September 05, 2014 – University of Maryland (UMD) has selected Blue as the comprehensive solution to enhance their current online course evaluation process.

To transition smoothly from an open source tool, UMD required a flexible and fully integrated solution with an advanced feature set. Blue offers the full customization of questions and reports by unit (university, college, department, etc.) to meet the needs of the institution. With Blue, the university can launch evaluations on a rolling basis at course-end dates, integrate with Instructure’s Canvas, offer access through mobile devices and expand reporting options (across and within terms). Staff at UMD say they have benefited from the responsiveness demonstrated by the Explorance team in addressing their needs and that they look forward to realizing the outstanding potential they see in Blue.
