Birkbeck, University of London Enhances the Student Experience with Blue Module Evaluations

Montreal, Canada – January 25, 2019 – Birkbeck, University of London has chosen Blue to centralise their module evaluations and meet the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) reporting requirements.

“One of the key requirements was a way for lecturers to feed back quickly to students, and the solution proposed by Blue seemed to work very well,”

said Garmon Ap-Garth, Academic Services Manager of Birkbeck.

Along with Blue evaluations, Birkbeck will also leverage Blue Text Analytics to uncover hidden insights in qualitative feedback to better understand and enhance the overall student experience.

Ap-Garth continued, “Blue will also facilitate departments to tell their students what plans are in place to address their comments.”

Part of the prestigious University of London, Birkbeck was established in 1823 and offers over 200 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The institution offers most of its courses in the evening at two London campuses; Bloomsbury and Stratford.
