• Multiple data sources – Blue now allows the connection to multiple respondent sources simultaneously to allow the secure implementation of surveys intended for different audiences such as: employees, customers, and suppliers; each assigned to a different authentication source.
• Effective dating – Blue now allows the preservation of the historical information of the respondent demographics (synchronized or imported from a data source).
• Multilingual support and spell check – You can now implement surveys in more than 1 language; also, you can utilize the export to excel function to spell check a survey prior to publishing it.
• Slider tool – A new question type is now available to allow sub integer selection for rating types of questions:

  • enhanced reporting and analytics
• Multiple branding – You can now assign a different brand to every survey. Internal surveys may be assigned one brand, and external ones with another
• Exclusion list – Respondents may be given the option to opt out from receiving further communication through Blue
• Personalization of invitations – Email invitations and reminders can now be personalized to include any information from the existing respondent demographics
• Centralized survey management – A centralized survey management feature is now available to allow filling out on behalf of a respondent (for phone and paper surveys); updating or resetting existing responses; and manual emailing of respondents. Also supported through this function are delinquent list exports
