Explorance Product Training Specialist David Norenberg’s Welcome Message to New Explorers

At Explorance, welcoming new employees to team is a real priority, especially as we continue to operate in a largely remote environment where face-to-face contact is limited.

Our team is continuing to grow.

We’ve welcomed new Explorers to the company on an almost-weekly basis since 2021 began, with new arrivals taking up roles in our Innovation Labs, Marketing, HR, and QA teams, to name but a few.

This reflects the vibrant, growing state that Explorance is in, but can also present some challenges when it comes to integrating and introducing new Explorers to the organization. This is where our pioneering Culture of Freewill – built on autonomy, empowerment, and trust – comes into play. It empowers every single Explorer with flexibility and freedom and enables them to work and connect with each other in a way that’s in-tune with their own employee experiences.

For new hires, it means having access to everyone and being made to feel welcome by colleagues across the globe from day 1.

In the first of a series of a bitesize video interviews, we reach out Explorance’s product training specialist, David Norenberg to ask him what message he would send to new employees.
