Explorance CEO Samer Saab Discusses What the Pandemic Taught Us About Employee Feedback on CRHA Podcast

Montreal, Quebec – April 30, 2021 – Explorance CEO Samer Saab was a recent guest on an episode of ‘RH – Le Balado’, a podcast presented by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CHRA). CRHA is Quebec’s preeminent association representing Human Resources consultants.  Samer joined Julie Carignan of Humance for this episode.

Presented by André Champagne, the focus of this 40-minute episode was on the increasing need for business leaders to more actively listen to employee feedback amid the challenges of the pandemic.

Many Quebec workplaces have had to adjust to a year of remote working, as a result of public health measures taken to address the spread of COVID-19 – including Explorance.
