Explorance Ranked #1 Best Workplace in Canada

Montreal, Quebec – April 15, 2021 – Explorance, the leading provider of Experience Management (XM) solutions, was ranked the number one Best Workplace™ in Canada for 2021 by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

Explorance received this top ranking in a virtual ceremony broadcast live on April 14, 2021, after a thorough and independent analysis carried out by Great Place to Work®.

About Best Workplaces™ Canada Rankings

The competition process to be ranked on this list is employee-driven. Two-thirds of the total score comes from confidential enterprise survey results and the remaining one-third is derived from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture.

This offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective, and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to five trust-building dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

Explorance’s Top Ranking

Explorance was recognized as the top performing organization in this category despite a challenging year, characterized by the need to transition to remote working due to the ongoing pandemic.

Great Place to Work® Canada described Explorance as “a provider of Experience Management solutions that has worked hard to develop a culture that reflects its mission.”

Figures cited include 94% of surveyed employees indicating that they “looked forward to coming to work”, with 94% of respondents also describing the company as a “great place to work”.

This top ranking marks the company’s fourth year in the Top 10 rankings for this award, and the first time the company has received the top rank in the Best Workplaces™ in Canada listings.

Commenting on the achievement, Explorance CEO Samer Saab stated:

“I’m delighted with the news that we’ve received this top ranking from Great Place to Work® Canada. This year has brought a lot of opportunities and challenges, including testing our culture of trust and reciprocity in the shift to remote work, which has gone seamlessly. For us, the challenge is in gauging how Explorance can play a role in assisting every single Explorer to be well and do well, and to remain of utmost service to our clients.”
