Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Selects Blue to Manage 360 Degree Feedback

Montreal, Canada – January 9, 2017 – An international leader in medical and scientific education, the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) has selected Blue 360 degree feedback to measure student outcomes and faculty development.

ISMMS joins other Blue powered medical institutions including Oregon Health and Science University, Gulf Medical University, Vanderbilt University, Galen College of Nursing, and Tufts University. As with other medical schools, Blue will support ISMMS’ unique assessment process through a best-in-class integration with Blackboard Learn™ – the institution’s LMS. Through this integration the school’s feedback process will be centralized in one system allowing them to track and collect data from multiple teaching sites. Blue’s ability to produce customized reports was also a key feature for ISMMS. Administrators will be able to tailor reports at any level including institution-wide, by faculty, department, instructor, and course for increased efficiency and intelligent decision-making.

Located in the state of New York, the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is one of the most distinguished medical schools in the United States. The institution offers one of the nation’s leading medical education programs and was ranked 15th among U.S. medical schools for National Institutes of Health funding.
