HBMSU Centralizes Feedback Process with Blue Course Evaluations and Surveys
Montreal, Canada – May 16, 2016 – Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) has acquired Blue course evaluations and surveys to centralize the feedback process and boost institutional development.
Building on eXplorance’s presence in the EMEA – specifically in the United Arab Emirates – HBMSU joins other Blue-powered institutions including Zayed University, American Petroleum Institute, University of Sharjah, Khalifa University, and United Arab Emirates University. Blue’s multilingual support ensures that users from all over the world get the best experience in the language of their choice.
Moving from a legacy system, HBMSU sought a one-stop solution that can easily integrate with their current IT systems. Through Blue’s native integration with Moodle and Banner® by Ellucian, the University will be able to embed course evaluation and survey forms directly into their portal. This will allow them to leverage existing data, synchronize information, and automate workflows and processes. Blue will enable HBMSU to tailor reports at any level and customize content to meet a variety of stakeholder needs, which was a key factor in its selection.
While transitioning to Blue, HBMSU will benefit from a combination of eXplorance’s robust training program and high level of customer support. A customized training strategy will be developed based on the University’s needs, projects, and environment. Training will be designed so that all users receive the knowledge and skills they need to get the most out of Blue.
