We’re all in this together. This phrase rings especially true now with the rise of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) cases around the world. As more Higher Education Institutions transition to remote classes in response to the pandemic, Explorance wants to do our part to help in any way we can.
We recognize the challenge that such a transition entails and remain committed to helping students and instructors continue learning outside of the physical classroom. That’s why we’re offering a free Bluepulse site-wide license to any Blue institution that chooses to cancel in-person classes and switch to remote classes. The license will be offered through May 31, 2021, to help you stay connected with students.

How soon can my institution get started with Bluepulse?
As soon as you fill out the form, we will be in contact to help you get started.
Will this Bluepulse license cost us anything?
Will we get support from Explorance with this Bluepulse license?
You will be assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM) that will help you navigate the process of setting up Bluepulse, getting everyone on it, and onboarding.
Will we need to learn the Bluepulse software?
No learning curve is necessary. A 15 minutes onboarding session may be all that is required.
Will our IT department have to worry about investing resources?
We do not see the need. We have built specific connectors from Blue to Bluepulse to provide a seamless experience that leverages the work your IT team has already done in Blue.
What happens to our data if we choose not to continue with Bluepulse after May 31, 2021?
You own your data, and you may access it and pull-it-out it at any time.
What happens if we choose to continue with Bluepulse beyond May 31, 2021?
As you experience Bluepulse firsthand, if you decide to commit to it beyond the free year, you can contact your Account Manager, and they will assist you in the process.
What obligations will we have if we choose to move forward with this Bluepulse license?
