Montreal, Canada – February 3, 2020 – Following a successful pilot in 2019, the University of St. Gallen has chosen the Blue Experience Management Platform to manage its course evaluation and survey processes institution-wide.
This institution-wide roll will allow the University to continue to benefit from a streamlined feedback process due to Blue’s ability to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Additionally, the University will leverage Blue Analytics for advanced in-depth analysis of unstructured feedback. Blue’s interactive dashboards will help visualize data, providing a quick way to identify successes, opportunities areas, and track progress over time.
