UC Santa Cruz Streamlines Course Evaluations with Blue and the Data Integrity Gateway (DIG)

Montreal, Canada – May 29, 2020 – Explorance is proud to announce its partnership with the University of California, Santa Cruz. The university selected Blue to centralize their course evaluations and the Data Integrity Gateway (DIG) to automate data cleansing and preparation to ensure a seamless process.

Blue was chosen to replace the university’s previous course evaluation system because of its advanced reporting engine, which can perform comprehensive data analysis, including time trend analysis, aggregate results, breakdowns by demographic, etc. Now student feedback data can be easily distributed to the right people at the right time to drive the best decisions for continuous improvement.

Additionally, the university will benefit from a more streamlined course evaluation process through Blue’s best-in-class integration capabilities with its IT systems and resulting automation. DIG will offer further efficiency by centralizing control of the university’s data preparation process before course evaluations. By integrating with UC Santa Cruz’s Student Information Systems, DIG enables them to move, clean, augment, and add data at any point ensuring information is kept up to date without breaking automation.

Established in 1965, University of California, Santa Cruz is 1 of 10 campuses in the University of California System. It offers a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate academic programs.
