Montreal, Quebec – March 25, 2021 – Explorance is pleased to be partnering with Faulkner University. The University has selected the Blue Experience Management (XM) platform to help decrease administrative workload and improve automation in course evaluations.
Faulkner University was seeking a solution that would facilitate the data insights needed to support an enhanced student experience.
This required a solution that could seamlessly integrate with the institution’s Student Information System (SIS), as well as easily accommodate multiple access points associated with the University’s Canvas Learning Management System (LMS).
Through its best-in-class integration capabilities, Blue is able to deliver on all these points, while offering the University enhanced reporting in their course evaluations. This includes the ability to analyze students’ open text comments – an important feedback technique utilized at many Higher Education Institutions to get more meaningful data to drive decisions.
Blue’s ability to facilitate ongoing feedback at each student touchpoint is set to dramatically reduce the burden on university employees in carrying out feedback initiatives.
The ability of Blue to further feedback and assessment opportunities associated with alumni and HR surveys were also important factors that lead to its selection at this historic Alabama institution.
