Montreal, Canada – March 25, 2015 – The College of the North Atlantic Qatar (CNA-Q) further invests in Blue by acquiring text analytics to drive continuous improvement. As an existing user of Blue course evaluations and surveys, CNA-Q is extending its use of the system to include text mining in order to enhance its analytics strategy.
Committed to educational innovation and learning advancement, the college requires a powerful text analysis tool that can easily process qualitative data and categorize it into meaningful themes. With Blue Text Analytics (BTA), CNA-Q can quickly process and analyze thousands of open-ended comments to discover new insights for improvement. Going beyond simple keyword and sentiment analysis, BTA will enable the college to unlock their data potential, convert comments into quantifiable results, and create customized reports around topics.
