Saudi Aramco Expands Use of Blue 360 Degree Feedback

Montreal, Canada – May 27, 2016 – Saudi Aramco, a Blue-powered organization since 2013, has furthered their investment in eXplorance by expanding their use of Blue 360 Degree Feedback.

As one of the largest energy companies in the world, this additional investment highlights eXplorance’s strong relationship with Saudi Aramco and demonstrates Blue’s ability as a powerful enterprise-class software. Fully integrated with Aramco’s human resource information system (HRIS) SAP, Blue will support the company’s evolving 360 review process by providing all current functionalities and reliabilities. These include fully automating review cycles, leveraging existing HR data, generating aggregated reports at any level, and creating comparative reports to view progress and trends.
