Montreal, Canada – October 25, 2017 – An R1 institution, Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College has invested in the Blue all-in-one evaluation system to help drive strategic initiatives and support their accreditation process.
The university will use Blue for customer satisfaction surveys for all internal stakeholders (HR office, procurement, travel offices, etc.) in order to enhance and maintain operation excellence. The HR department and Provost Office will also leverage the Blue 360 degree feedback module to evaluate their leadership team as part of the SACS accreditation.
In addition, LSU will leverage Blue to automate their course evaluation processes. Specifically, Blue’s reporting capabilities will enable them to create more in-depth reports through cross-tabulation and time trend analysis. Administrators will also be able to release reports in a timely manner so that departments and faculty members can use the insights to make necessary changes. Due to large class sizes, LSU receives a lot of open-ended student feedback that they are not able to analyze beyond the faculty level. Blue Text Analytics will convert those free-form feedback into themes and quantifiable results, giving stakeholders at all levels a more complete picture.
Founded in 1853, Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College is the highest rated public university in Louisiana. It is also the largest university in the state with over 30,000 students in a wide variety of degrees, diplomas, and certificate programs.
