As the COVID-19 pandemic gained traction in the US, Explorance leaders faced the difficult decision to reformat the 2020 MTMImpact Symposium from a 3-day, in-person event in New Orleans, Louisiana to a fully virtual experience. Within a matter of days, the MTMImpact Virtual Experience 2020 was successfully delivered – led by Yeona Jang, Explorance’s Chief Community Engagement Officer.
