Explorance & Omnicom Media Group Win 2021 Brandon Hall Group Bronze Award – Best Advance in Learning Measurement

Montreal, Quebec – August 30, 2021 – Explorance, a leader in Experience Management (XM) solutions, alongside partner organization Omnicom Media Group (OMG), has jointly won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Bronze award for excellence in the ‘Best Advance in Learning Evaluation’ category.

OMG had created one of the best and most robust training programs among major North American media conglomerates, yet was not measuring effectiveness. By partnering with Explorance and implementing Metrics That Matter (MTM), OMG was able to more effectively gather and analyze data collected from its various training offerings. This partnership brought credibility to OMG’s L&D programs, helped align methodologies and focus areas, and underlined the productive combination of MTM with OMG’s training programs.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon these criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits.

Excellence Award winners are scheduled to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, Feb. 1-3, 2022, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners also will serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
