Explorance Wins 2020 Gold Award for Excellence in Partnership from CLO

Montreal – October 21, 2020 – Explorance is thrilled to be the recipient of the Gold award for Excellence in Partnership, one of the Learning in Practice Awards from Chief Learning Officer (CLO) magazine

The Learning in Practice Awards is presented annually to practitioners and providers to recognize excellence in learning and employee development. The Excellence in Partnership category recognizes vendors or consultants who have effectively supported a client’s learning and development function by setting a strategy or establishing a program. 

Explorance received this award for their work with Ameriprise. Strategically designed learning experiences at Ameriprise drive business outcomes by stretching the learners’ soft skills to a comprehensive experience engineering approach to service. Ameriprise selected Explorance to help them develop a learning measurement strategy that reinforced these programs’ delivery by integrating benchmarks, incorporating critical metrics, and promoting a culture of feedback.  

Justin Taylor, Chief Customer Officer at Explorance, accepted the CLO’s Fall Symposium award on Tuesday, October 20. In his remarks, Justin said, “Excellence in partnership is quite meaningful for us here at Explorance because we put a premium on partnership and shared success. We’re proud of the work we’ve done with Ameriprise to help them create a best-in-class customer service culture.”
