Explorance and Partner Clarkston Consulting Wins 2020 Gold Award for Excellence in Talent Management from Brandon Hall Group

Montreal – August 25, 2020 – Explorance, a leader in journey analytics solutions, along with partner Clarkston Consulting, won a coveted gold award for excellence in the talent management category from Brandon Hall Group. Clarkston Consulting and Explorance jointly applied to the Brandon Hall Group award, and the winners were announced on August 20, 2020.

Since 2002, Clarkston has collected an annual employee engagement survey. In collaboration with Explorance, they created an innovative approach to analyzing the data they collected in 2019 to create new insights. Using this new approach, the teams at Clarkston and Explorance were able to analyze the survey results to identify initiatives that will positively impact the employee experience, improve overall employee engagement, and consequently drive the greatest results for their people and business.

The award winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference to be held on January 26-28, 2021, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida.
