Enterprise Feedback Management: Why You Should Care

Written by Explorance.

Now a key crux of what makes the enterprise feedback management market is the fact that it’s increasingly becoming crucial to be able to react quickly to what those around you are doing and to hear what they are saying.

From your employees, your peers, your customers, your students, your teachers, every key constituent that’s part of your general organizational ecosystem has something to contribute to the well being and the progressiveness of your institution.  Essentially the quicker you are aware of potential problems that exist, the faster you can be in terms of responding to them.

But why is it so important to listen to your constituents or stakeholders.  The fact is that in this day and age of rapid communication, especially with the proliferation of social media and mobile web, any bad experience can easily be texted, tweeted or posted if not worse.

While preventing negative experiences is unrealistic, soliciting the feedback of those that drive your business or your organization not only enables you to potentially discern problems that may exist below the surface, but also promotes goodwill on account of those whose opinions are being asked.  You can look at it as feeling valued if you will.

Moreover, the feeling of being listened to is indeed a powerful one.  Countless studies have shown that in an array of circumstances that the impact of taking the time to listen to what those around you think and taking steps to rectify any issues that you might be made aware of has actually much more of an impact than if a customer was reasonably satisfied to begin with.

So keep in mind the importance of listening to those whose opinions should matter to you.  It may be powerful than you could have ever imagined.
