What you will do as our new Product Marketing Specialist

  • Develop a deep understanding of buyer and user pain points as well as Explorance’s solutions

Senior Field Marketing Manager – North America

The mission of the Field Marketing team at Explorance is to support the prospect and customer go-to-market sales teams at a regional level through all marketing channels. This includes industry conference, Explorance-led events, virtual summits, social and integrated campaigns. Additionally, the Field Marketing team serves as the voice of regional sales team to the global marketing team, represents the voice of marketing and is a partner to the regional sales teams. The objective is to support, create, accelerate, and expand the sales pipeline with our direct sellers and partner ecosystem.
In this position you’ll have the opportunity to plan, organize, and execute programs that generate and accelerate revenue opportunities for the North America sales teams, building our momentum in target regions and accounts. You will act as the “mini CMO”  and be data driven to meet KPIs and foster collaboration between marketing and our sales teams representing three business units. You will work closely with product marketing, growth marketing and business development teams to develop, co-design and leverage integrated marketing programs into land and expand campaigns.

Within the Global Marketing team, Field Marketing’s goal is to be amongst the most customer-focused, innovative and pipeline centric team in the organization. As part of a high-performing marketing team, we use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to make informed decisions

  • Drive integrated marketing strategy for North America including land and expand campaigns to generate growth from net new logos and the Explorance customer base
  • Plan, develop, execute, and optimize strategic and tactical marketing plans, programs, and campaigns, including communicating program details and results to stakeholders.
    • Event Management: Identify key initiatives, organize events and conference participation, from planning to post-event analysis, focusing on new prospects, lead generation, and driving revenue,
    • Able to outline pre-during-post strategy including follow up for optimized leads and conversion to pipeline results
    • Lead-to-Revenue Process: Regularly collaborate with sales teams to manage event goal alignment, lead qualification, follow-up, and optimize the lead funnel.
  • Build deep relationships and establish credibility with sales leadership and sales teams to understand and help deliver on sales team priorities and goals.
  • Embody a positive feedback loop for information sharing and knowledge transfer – you are the voice of your sales segment into marketing and the voice of marketing into your sales segment.
  • Lead with optimism and partnership to collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Growth Marketing, and BDR teams for campaign buy-in and to meet industry benchmarks for SQL to SAO conversion.
  • Contribute to QBRs, with the intent to improve field marketing budget ROI and success of all cross-marketing or other field marketing-led programs and campaigns.
  • Event Success and Optimization: Define goals, monitor performance, plan post-event actions to generate pipeline opportunities, and make recommendations-based analysis.

We are looking to add a Database administrator with a solid background in Postgres to join our growing CloudOps team.

As an Explorance DBA, you will be joining the Global CloudOps Team out of our Chennai office.  You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical RDBMS systems, specifically Postgres and MS-SQL Server, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our SaaS applications. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

Database Design & Implementation

  • Design, install, configure, and maintain PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server databases, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security
  • Linux knowledge and bash experience
  • Implement database architecture and data models that align with business requirements.
  • Setup/monitoring/fixing/analyzing/troubleshooting high availability, including AlwaysOn, PG streaming replication and Active/Passive clusters

Performance Tuning & Optimization

Backup & Recovery

  • Develop, document and implement backup and recovery strategies.

The Product Support Specialist role will provide support to Metrics That Matter (MTM) existing clients via deep understanding of MTM functionality, including answering client questions via email or scheduled calls over Microsoft Teams/Zoom. In addition, this role will deliver in the moment functionality overviews to existing clients to help strengthen client platform understanding.

The objective of this role is to provide a deeper level tactical and operational guidance to clients via ad hoc support calls as well as scheduled training sessions.  Examples of the types of issues that the Product Support Specialist will provide would be functional, including: setting up surveys, class scheduling, creation of dashboards, distribution of dashboards, running reports, etc. The Product Support Specialist will also free up the Client Success Managers (CSM), who otherwise would be providing these training services to clients. 

Explorance is intending on releasing a version of MTM (MTM Essential) for smaller employee organizations who have less sophisticated needs.  These clients will not have a CSM and will be utilizing the services of the Product Support Specialists to help with their post deployment operational questions.

This position will be staffed in the Explorance offices in Jordan.

This position will report to the Head of MTM Customer Experience who is based in the United States.

Requirements

  • Proficient English and French language skills
  • Technical knowledge and comfort
  • Ability to quickly learn MTM functions
  • Clear communication skills (writing and speaking), keeping in mind that they will be speaking with clients from multiple countries and cultures
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support clients in different time zones across the world
