University of Louisville Further Commits to Learning Experience Management with Blue

Montreal, Canada – April 11, 2016 – To continue their commitment to Learning Experience Management (LEM), the University of Louisville (UofL) has enhanced their leverage of Blue as an all-in-one assessment tool (360 degree feedback, course evaluations, online surveys, and text analytics).

“UofL currently uses Blue to administer campus-wide surveys and course evaluations. The all-in-one assessment solution will provide UofL the necessary tool to further leverage our investment in Blue so we can strengthen our culture of continuous improvement”- Becky Patterson, Executive Director Office of Institutional Research and Planning, University of Louisville.

Using the full power of Blue, the university can begin to tap into the complex ecosystem that shapes their learning environment. They can reach and engage all stakeholders through multiple channels and deliver accurate insights to decision-makers. “We are planning a strategic implementation of Blue 360 to complement current feedback processes,” comments Patterson.  “The use of Blue 360 will provide employees an opportunity to identify and build upon their unique competencies and skills.”

Classified as a Carnegie Research ‘Tier One’ Universities 2015, the University of Louisville was founded in 1798 and was the first city-owned public university in the United States. Now, with over 22,000 students the university offers graduate, professional, baccalaureate, and associate degrees, as well as certificates in 170 fields across 12 schools and colleges. UofL school of medicine is celebrated for many trailblazing accomplishments including performing the first fully self-contained artificial heart transplant surgery and the first successful hand transplantation.
