Liverpool John Moores University Selects Blue to Power Course Evaluations and Improve Teaching & Learning

Montreal, Canada – October 8, 2015 – Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) has selected Blue as its powerful course evaluation system to help continuously improve the teaching and learning experience.

Committed to academic excellence, LJMU requires a reliable solution that can integrate with current systems, help raise response rates, and provide actionable results. As an online system, Blue will enable the institution to fully automate module evaluations from start-to-finish in order to obtain more comprehensive feedback including open-ended comments.

By integrating Blue directly with their learning management system, Blackboard Learn™, the university can increase access to evaluations resulting in higher engagement and participation. Leveraging Blue’s advanced reporting engine, LJMU is now ready to quickly turnaround reports and share results with stakeholders to improve programs, teaching effectiveness, and learning outcomes.

One of the key reasons the university chose to invest in Blue was the positive working relationship that was established with Explorance staff during the pilot. The consulting and support services and the responsiveness of the team in general were a great benefit for the institution.
