FEMA Selects Blue to Power Employee Competency Development

Montreal, Canada – September 11, 2015 – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has selected Blue as its comprehensive 360 degree feedback system to manage, automate, and administer reviews.

As an agency committed to development, FEMA will implement Blue as an integral part of its training program to develop a well-skilled, knowledgeable, and high performing workforce. The agency requires a flexible system that can allow for the customization of questions, competency lists, scales, models, and reports. FEMA will leverage Blue 360 degree feedback to ensure that training programs are effective and on target by regularly assessing employee competencies.
