Explorance introduces Blue/Evaluation module for employee appraisals and the evaluation of products and services

New module – Blue/Evaluation

Blue/Evaluation is a module which fully automates any process including staff appraisals and/or the evaluation of products or services.

Key highlights of Blue/Evaluation include:

  • Understanding of complex relationships between evaluators and evaluees (includes hierarchy linkage or relationship tables)
  • Objectives setting and/or selection of evaluators functions can be delegated based on any established relationship or hierarchy link
  • Definition of reporting roles in terms of who can create reports (or analyze results) based on which data sets (their direct reports, their own, their department …)
  • Implementation of a Digital Signing process to include and control the approval steps towards the completion of an evaluation
  • Generation of group, rollover and batch individual reports
  • Analysis based on response pattern, and evaluees’ demographics information
  • Appraisal reporting to include total scores, comparison to organizational averages and multi rater perspectives and gap analysis

Blue/Surveys and Blue/Tests

  • Automatic triggers – Setup advanced trigger options based on a response pattern from a survey. The patterns will initiate an email to a predetermined audience for immediate action
  • Group reporting – Automatically generate feedback reports broken down by any respondent demographics criteria (some examples could include departmental or regional reports)
  • Respondent demographics analysis – Respondent demographics can now be displayed in general analytical reports, providing a wealth of additional intelligence in Blue reporting
  • Disable email driven surveys – Implement surveys that do not require the use of Blue’s email invitation mechanisms

Blue/360

  • Simplified rater selection – Implement simplified de-centralized 360 reviews (where the rater selection is delegated to the individual being reviewed)
  • Enhanced reporting – Generate all graphical reports for competencies and sub competencies
  • Dynamic reporting Header/Footer information – Generate batch 360 reports which dynamically display the 360 Subject’s information
  • Combined open ended feedback – Open ended feedback can now be combined amongst rater groups, as well as broken down by rater group
