Manukau Institute of Technology Partners with Explorance for Surveys, Evaluations, and 360 Reviews

Montreal, Quebec – December 22, 2020 – Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) has selected the Blue experience management platform to manage its feedback processes, including course evaluations, surveys, and 360 degree reviews.

Part of MIT’s strategic goal is to optimise the use of technology to enable students accessing their learning via online or on-campus methods to leverage the same course content, information, and activities. As part of the project, the institute intends to include an online solution to provide remote learners with the same opportunity to give feedback as on-campus students. Some key requirements for the online solution included sophisticated reporting, screen responsive experience, and engagement tracking.

Through deep integration with MIT’s Learning Management System (Canvas), Blue will ensure a seamless evaluation experience for all students – online and on campus – by embedding forms directly into Canvas. In addition, MIT will benefit from other advance Blue features including:

• Response rate dashboard to track progress and encourage participation
• Aggregate data analyses (across classes, departments, terms, etc.) to see the big picture
• An equivalent experience for all through the latest accessibility standards

MIT sought a technology partner with specialist knowledge, infrastructure, and experience in delivering an online survey solution to polytechnic institutes like itself.
