AFA have selected the Blue Experience Management (XM) platform to fulfill the firm’s evaluation and survey automation needs.
AFA was seeking a comprehensive new product to replace their existing survey solution.
This solution needed to have the functionality to both automate the firm’s ongoing 360 feedback reviews, as well as facilitate the employee surveys that are carried out for AFA’s clients.
With AFA’s methodology for 360 assessments already being well-defined, the solution needed to offer flexibility and easy IT integration to support AFA’s approach.
