Maintaining Student Engagement During a Pandemic

During these times of uncertainty, universities have shown an eagerness to maintain student wellbeing and engagement. With student feedback being crucial to informing institutional responses during remote learning, Explorance examined how to optimize response rates during these times of uncertainty and will share the findings and key insights from within the Higher Education Community.

A shift in course delivery has paved the way for a shift in student engagement. Findings indicate that response rates vary by mode of administration, as administration of online learning has seen a recent surge due to COVID-19.

Explorance’s presentation will discuss these findings and reflect on the effective strategies and methods applied to administer the student experience across a range of Australian Universities.
