Another Prestigious Georgia Institution, Kennesaw State University, Partners with Explorance to Enhance Course Evaluation Efficiencies

Montreal, Canada – March 1, 2018 – Kennesaw State University (KSU), the 3rd largest institution in the University System of Georgia, has selected Blue to enhance their course evaluation and data gathering processes. With Blue, the institution can take advantage of unequaled accessibility, flexibility, and Explorance’s commitment to security and data privacy.

Recognized for their innovative teaching and learning, KSU caters to over 35,000 student and approximately 985 academic staff. Through Blue’s best-in-class integration with their IT systems – Brightspace (LMS) and Banner (SIS) – the university can now offer their administrators, faculty, and students a better course evaluation experience.

Integration points – specifically around Banner – will allow KSU to migrate legacy data and fully automate their course evaluation processes. This will enable decision-makers to perform time-trend analysis and proactively monitor their improvement over time. By embedding Blue forms directly into Brightspace, students can seamlessly view, access, and complete course evaluations without leaving the portal. Instructors can also customize their questionnaires and launch online evaluations in the classroom to drive participation.

Established in 1963, Kennesaw State University offers more than 150 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees as well as 60 international studies programs. KSU has 13 colleges and an alumni network of 100,000. The university is a Carnegie-designated doctoral institution with an R3 classification for research.
