Our team works a little differently depending on what we’re testing or the feedback we’re looking for. For example, in some studies, we might ask your opinion or ideas. On others, we could show you a new design that we’re working on and testing.
In other studies, we might ask about things you've done with our products in the past, or what you think about using our products. When we have an idea for a new feature, or when something we've been working on is ready for testing — we'll send out an invitation to you. You might be asked to:
Talk to a researcher, either over a video call or in person. Our researchers will ask questions and want your honest feedback.
Share your screen and show us how you use Explorance products, use a prototype, test new features, or something else.
Follow a link to a survey or scheduling website or view a prototype on your device.
If you are interested, please answer a few questions so you'll be invited to participate in studies that match your experiences. You don't need to be an Explorance customer to participate in research.
It doesn’t matter which country you live in; you can participate from anywhere, thanks to video-conferencing. We know your time is precious so, when appropriate, we also offer incentives for participation as a thank you.
Otherwise, you can assume that you don't need to do anything extra to prepare for the study.
No pressure. You can respond or ignore a particular study if you’re too busy.
