Explorance World 2025 is set for June 9 to 11, 2025. The event will begin with pre-conference workshops on June 9 at 9 AM, followed by the official conference kickoff at 1 PM. The conference will run through to 5 PM on June 11.

Advanced training camps, including BEC and BRMC, will be held prior to the conference, starting at 9 AM on June 6 and concluding at 1 PM on June 8.

Explorance World 2025 will be hosted at Le Westin Montreal, located at 270 Rue Saint-Antoine O, Montréal. Attendees can book accommodation at Le Westin or the nearby Hotel Monville, just steps away at 1041 Rue de Bleury, offering easy access to the main conference venue.

Advanced training camps, including BEC and BRMC, will be held at Explorance HQ, located at 1470 Rue Peel, Suite 500, Montréal.

Upon arriving at Montreal Trudeau Airport (YUL), you have several convenient options to reach your hotel:

• Taxi: Easily hail a taxi from the airport or call Bonjour Taxi Service directly at +1 514-366-3333. The average fare is $50 CAD.
• Uber: Use the Uber app to book a ride from the airport to your hotel. The average fare is $40 CAD.
• Public Transport: Take the 747 bus service, which provides a direct route from the airport to downtown Montreal. The current bus fare is $11 CAD.
