The ENAP selects Blue/360 software to further automate its 360 degree feedback processes

École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) – Quebec – Canada – February 23, 2011 – The École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP), located in Quebec City, was established in 1969 by the Quebec government, as a way of obtaining a professional public administration during a period when a number of social and structural changes were taking place within the province.

Since its creation in 1969, ENAP has contributed to the development of public administration in Quebec. During this time, it has granted degrees to almost 8,000 public-sector administrators and professionals, while promoting the professionalization and modernization of public management. As a result, ENAP has enabled the emergence of management elite in Quebec public organizations.

Furthermore, tens of thousands of State officials have profited from short-term training offered in support of the modernization of the Quebec public sector. Consequently, ENAP has become the benchmark for public-management training in Quebec.

The school is unique in that it is partly a pragmatic learning environment geared to educating Quebecers for positions within the public administration and it is partly a “traditional” university. ENAP has five campuses throughout Quebec, with two major campuses in Quebec City and Montreal, and three other campuses in Gatineau, Saguenay, and Trois-Rivières.

The École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) selects Blue/360 to further enhance its 360 degree feedback consulting offering.
